The constitution of the State of Indiana created the office of Clerk of the Circuit Court which is also called the County Clerk. The Clerk is elected by the residents of Tipton County and may only serve two consecutive terms.

I appreciate the opportunity to serve the residents of Tipton County and my goal is to provide the best service in a courteous, efficient, and impartial manner.
